About the Course

Ø To provide knowledge about computed tomography scanning techniques for diagnostic purposes.

Ø To develop a pool of trained workforce which can be employed by the radiology department of the health sector.

Ø To know the different kinds of CT generations, parts of a CT machine and procedures done for the different parts of the human body.

Ø To know more about the techniques for performing the examination by using radiation safety for the patient.

Ø Assist to complete several interventional radiologic examinations.

Ø Assist the radiologist with various contrast studies of body parts.

Ø Students will have enough knowledge about computed tomography scanning techniques and the technical terms used in them.
